Hi, I'm Amanda. I began my journey as a real estate investor and currently own 24 units across Baltimore, Western Maryland, and southern Pennsylvania. Under Indigo Lab Properties, I successfully repositioned my first 18-unit value-add multifamily property in 2021, and subsequently expanded by adding 4 more units. I quickly recognized that prioritizing tenant satisfaction is essential for the success of rental properties as both a business and a comfortable home for people.
My next venture was moving into property management to foster environments where tenants are encouraged to stay long-term. I gained valuable experience working alongside another property management company, learning the intricacies of the industry. Now as Indigo Blue Property Management, the business has grown through referrals, built on the pillars of compassion and understanding with tenants, transparency in laws and regulations, and fostering strong partnerships between property owners and vendors.
