Hi, I’m Amanda. I began my journey as a real estate investor and currently own 24 units across Baltimore, Western Maryland, and southern Pennsylvania. Under Indigo Lab Properties, I successfully repositioned my first 18-unit value-add multifamily property in 2021 and subsequently expanded by adding four more units. I quickly recognized that prioritizing resident satisfaction and strong daily operations is essential to the success of rental properties as both a business and a comfortable home for people.
My next venture focused on building hands-on property operations and concierge support to foster environments where residents are encouraged to stay long-term. I gained valuable experience working alongside established property operations teams, learning the intricacies of maintenance coordination, resident support, compliance workflows, and vendor partnerships. Today, Indigo Blue has grown through referrals, built on compassion, transparency, and strong collaboration between owners, residents, and service providers.
