Hi, I'm Amanda. I began my journey as a real estate investor and currently own 24 units across Baltimore, Western Maryland, and southern Pennsylvania. Under Indigo Lab Properties, I successfully repositioned my first 18-unit value-add multifamily property in 2021, and subsequently expanded by adding 4 more units.
